Pros

Always busy, great new innovations, production right here in Australia

Cons

Unfortunately many senior positions are nor given to Australian citizens, but to people flown in from France (or other countries) for a few years. They don't speak great English and don't even try to understand the Australian culture and way of working. No flexibility at all - working from home is a big no-no. No trust in employees.

Cons

They do not put an emphasis on IT as they as they should and instead it is more like a to-the-side department
