Benefits are outstanding The work is in very interesting areas and with numerous domestic and international organizations By and large the organization cares about it's employees, their growth and development.

Cons

Government funding and regulation can be frustrating. Parking and office space is a continuous source of irritation. Supervisors and managers can be as petty and vindictive as any large organization.
