      - Very well structured graduate programme. - Some great staff to work with and learn from. - Work on high profile projects.

      Cons

      - A lot of smooth talkers accelerated up the company ladder, many of which aren't to bright. You'll find yourself stuck unless you can play the game and regurgitate the company propaganda. - Salary on the lower side of the industry. - Not as caring about their people as they say.
