Too many senior staff have advanced on personality or connections rather than capability. Massive imvalance between the various affiliated business, the company slogan should be "All Hail Expanded"

Good opportunities for development courses. Exciting projects. Relatively flat structure. Some excellent mentors and managers and some element of quick progression.

Cons

Very much a who you know business which can mean that individuals are overlooked/lost. A lot of change in management has resulted in a lot of uncertainty at all levels which is felt by all. Whilts used to be work hard and rewarded well, this has reduced in recent times
