- Management is open to give feedback to you, when you request it, not when supposedly the bi-annual meetings take place for the purpose of career development. - They insist they support you on the education, however, when the time comes, they don't support you at all.

Pour management as part of a joint venture. The levels of bullying between companies where excessive and unacceptable so junior engineers took the worse part. No fare annual reviews, no pay raises or promotions sometimes based on feedback from a person not part of your company which wanted to keep their status on the join venture and stopping you to promote. An absolute lack of management from the seniors allocated to the project, lack of involvement to check those situations and not taking seriously complains about bullying. General feeling of people looking forward to leave the project due to bad management…
