Pros

People were good, worked together well.

Cons

Little training for entry hires, promotion was slow despite good performance. They will try to keep salary as low as possible. Not worth despite the good "company reputation".

Pros

Many brands and areas to work since it is the largest luxury conglomerate in the world. The expert craftsmanship in the luxury goods they produce which promotes confidence as a representative.

Cons

LVMH Fragrance Brand's most recent culture: stress, fear-mongering, and favoritism. This goes for the umbrella for Parfums Givenchy, Kenzo, and Acqua Di Parma. Politics is the name of the game.
