      good salary, great knowledge within the company, internal progression seems very possible

      A lot of negative feedback because of the performance of the company as a whole. It can get down-heartening.

      Only Pros I can think about is the 20% discount which I never use due to the fact it is extremely expensive

      Cons

      Horrendous sick policy, little to no work life balance, poor management, deals mean nothing, rotating door system for staff, under staffed on weekends, had to work on a Sunday with only myself and a single colleague multiple times
