Working with companies owned by Kingfisher can sometimes be challenging. Stakeholders often have a tendency to delegate work they prefer not to handle to the Group, which fosters a culture of poor ownership. This ambiguity around what the Group is responsible for versus what the companies should deliver often leads to frustration and weakens recognition for contributions. Additionally, stakeholders from the banners can be quick to take credit for initiatives they haven’t fully driven.
