Pros

Private sales, private sales private sales

Cons

I have never worked for such an unorganized and poorly managed company. The management is completely unqualified, spending their time locked in their offices doing personal business instead of leading or helping employees. The pay is terrible — less than minimum wage, no commission, yet there’s huge pressure to sell. As a “Christmas incentive,” after all the money you make for them, they give you a €17 cinema ticket or a book, which is laughable. Whenever you suggest improvements or provide feedback, your opinions are completely ignored. The company doesn’t value its employees at all. Rules are not applied fairly — management favors their friends, who get special treatment and benefits. And when you ask for a pay rise, they claim there's a "crisis" even though the company is making millions. Conclusion: Run away! It's a toxic environment with no real opportunities for growth or fair treatment.
