Pros

You work? You create 100-200 leads per week? Get this job. No upper limit, best reps are 300k+. The clienteling app is one of the best in the industry.

Cons

Get ready to outreach by SMS and email ALL the customers you meet in the store / at events. Obviously, with high payout comes some sharkness on the boutique floor.
