Pros

I’ve been an Accountant and Senior Accountant at a few different companies now, so I’ve seen it all—the good, the bad, and the messy. Looking at this place from an outsider’s perspective, I can honestly say the culture here is considered better than what I’ve experienced at my past jobs. When I first started, I’ll be honest: there was a lot of "office politics" and drama. It wasn’t always easy to navigate. But since past few months, I’ve watched things change for the better right in front of me. HR and Management didn't just ignore the problems; they actually stepped up and fixed them. The positive changes have made a huge difference in how it feels to walk into the office every day. Yes some people say HR is "strict," but that hasn't been my experience at all. What I’ve seen is that if you show up, do your job well, and don't cause unnecessary drama, HR and management have your back. To me, their "strict" rules are actually a good thing. It means: • The workplace stays fair for everyone. • Hard work is actually noticed. • People who used to get away with being "problematic" are finally being held accountable. Anyway, no one can please everyone. Especially when a company starts cleaning house and fixing old issues, the people who liked the "old way" (because they could get away with more) are going to complain the loudest. There’s always going to be some pushback when things change, but that’s just a sign that the company is actually moving forward. To me now It’s a healthy, professional place to be. Please continue to sustain.

Cons

Increment and benefits can be improved. Car park issue.
