Pros

Once you work long enough you get a free meal while you are working, you get several discounts from some other companies for working at KFC, the employees are really cool people (at least at my location), you can go from a trainee to knowing everything very quickly, simple work.

Cons

Low pay, minimum wage, little to no chance of getting a pay raise unless you become a shift supervisor or manager, simple work but it gets hectic when it gets busy
