No Direct Deposit No 401K No established bonus or reward system based on anything in writing No extra pay or compensation for doing doubles which are a regular occurence No promotion from within for most employees No regular estyablished pay reviews Some General Managers not suited to be General Managers Equipment old and hardly works as it is suppose to

They provided us with a decent amount of pay being that it was a starting position. They were also very willing to train.

Cons

I dont believe that there is much room for growth working for this company. There is no praise for good employee work and also limited benefits.
