to all full of discipline and love challenging job, I recommend this work to test your stance. The work was challenging but worth it for those who are thinking about long-term work

use lot of mind, lot of pressure, most challenging on manpower problem, to low earning, it's good for who is single but for who is already got married i not recommended,

Not bad as a first job. Learn a lot about how a business works.

Cons

No penalty rates for weekends. Expect you to work at the drop of a hat. No 8 hour break between shifts during the weekend. Unrealistic exceptions from management. Rude customers and upper management. Little recognition. Made to feel bad when I asked for holidays, or needed to take a sick day.
