      Great company but slow HR staff

      Pros

      Great benefits, upper management is quite motivated to improve the overall opinion of the employees. The potential is limitless and the tuition reimbursement is wonderful. They paid for $12,000 a year for graduate school so getting a masters is basically free. They pay for masters in basically any field that the company has a job in any department. Getting a PhD paid is much harder but not improbable. They determine on it by a case-by-case basis.

      Cons

      The HR department is horrifically slow and it can take months to get hire so potential candidates get discouraged and take a job somewhere else

      Pros

      There is tremendous room for advancement and excellent training opportunities. The people are good to work with and the management is fair in their decisions. Safety program is excellent, benefits and salary is above average.

      Cons

      Being it is a large company, changes are slow to occur. Sometimes systems that work well are changed and then time will go by and the system is brought back into the company.

      Pros

      Plenty of opportunity for advancement. A wide range of positions both laterally and UP. Superior products and software systems. The tools are excellent, the online tools are great too. There are many dedicated knowledgable employees to learn from.

      Cons

      Way too much work for way too few employee's. The tools are hard to utilize and difficult to learn them all. High expectations and everyone is so busy that it can be difficult to get assistance when you really need it.
