      Pros

      Lots of opportunities for growth, great benefits. While I can't speak for the whole company, my branch is dedicated to employing quality people, so my coworkers are great. A very "family" feel.

      Cons

      Often times stressful and long hours are sometimes required. Be prepared for crises to pop up (it IS the construction industry). Not many clear career paths if you don't have a background or interest in engineering. Not much flexibility with hours or telecommuting.

      Experience in the company is manager dependent. Good organization for those who want little changes.

      Management spends more time managing upwards. Departments enjoy working in silos.
