      They place high value on their employees and customers. Wish I could get back to working for Johnson Controls.

      Pros

      The people are open and professional. There is a very good work-life balance. The salary is OK for this country and is always on time. Diversity is respected and people are always ready to help so the common goal can be achieved.

      Cons

      After 5-6 years in the company you are either promoted to position you want to develop to or you have no more chance to grow.
