      Pros

      great people, good communication from management, focus on quality. Management tends to be very supportive of it's employees.

      Cons

      tends to run very lean, can be tough to get enough help on projects. Also sometimes is short sighted on projects, not always giving their full support.

      There are many different opportunities in different parts of the country in many different capacities.

      Cons

      It is a very large company and people are more "resources" than individuals. When the stock suffers it is easy to reduce resources.
