      Pros

      Relatively low-key, patient HQ environment, I was given the time and space to create real analysis vs. the "we need this yesterday" environment I worked in elsewhere.

      Cons

      Not a lot of room to advance at HQ, must move to the divisions.

      Enjoyed working with people from various functions. Company performance well for year-over-year. Job is very stable; very seldom have to worry about layoff.

      Cons

      Micro management, people lacks the sense of urgency, department managers all about themselves, no cross-functions collaborations.
