      Pros

      Johnson Controls has a brand value in the industry and is a good add to the resume, as a launching pad

      Cons

      The company as a whole is well established and organized in the Middle East region. However the Facilities Management BU, a relative new-come to ME is completely mis-managed with the BU leadership lacking a foresight / vision and adopting a day-to-day fire-fighting strategy.

      Pros

      Great benefits, Pay is very good, and Human Resources is very helpfull. The uppermanagement seemed very interested in having a good work enviornment.

      Cons

      Not in touch with Territory managers, way to much computer classes to take on ethics and they don't practice what they teach.

      Pros

      They're all over so there's room to move around and/or relocate; they support education and offer benefits the day you start with the company.

      Cons

      Too disconnected. I didn't feel apart of anything. It was a very disjointed sense of working. There was no sense of being apart of the company or working towards a common goal because everyone is scattered all around and off doing their own thing, on their own, without much togetherness or teamwork or support for one another.
