      Overtime is good and the 401k is decent enough.

      Cons

      Poor management , overworked employees, poor guidance and leadership,poor communication, everything is a secret even when it involves the employees life.

      Compensation, remote work, some really good people working there.

      Cons

      Micro management, asked to think strategically but then bogged down with tactical stuff, rampant violation of Employee Rights within the HR function. Several layers of approval required for minor decisions. No autonomy.
