Pros

Plenty of support. Good pay and work life balance. Easy to communicate within the company and lots of resources. Many areas for advancement.

Cons

Company is still very top heavy and getting the gears moving on a project can be slow. It can be difficult to be heard unless you have many years of experience. Slow to change and adopt new best practices.
