      Pros

      Good pay for the area, good benefits the upper managers seem to be out of their league in some situations. A lot of the shop seems to be just “throw the next guy in” and no real growth or leadership being held responsible.

      Cons

      Work their production lines like slaves. No full weekends off, 13 days on and 1 day off for months because they don’t know how to plan better is asinine.

      Pros

      The people I work with are pleasant, helpful, and collaborative. My direct manager and our department head go to bat for us with upper management.

      Cons

      All promotions and raises are on lockdown, and the wages were already pretty bad. People are getting cut left and right, and the rest of us have to pick up the extra work for no extra pay.

      Pros

      Not many, only if you like bureaucracy over anything else.

      Cons

      No direction, they have a ton of market share they could grab but they don’t have rinse and repeat software. They sell projects and have to build for it each time, meaning they have a huge backlog, literally in the hundreds. Oh, and OB is a loss leader. It loses millions annually. Turnover is ridiculously high, overall run from Open Blue.
