Some lovely, warm, friendly people. People on other teams will help you, not too many silos.

Cons

Claims to be inclusive but that does not show up in daily life. Quite the opposite. There is limited training around what inclusion really means. You will only move up if you are a sycophant

they give you a guarantee to get started. if you have a good office, you won't have to do much prospecting, you can just close leads that come in

Cons

their vehicle program sucks. get ready to pay JCI $275/mo as a 'personal use charge' to drive the little car every month. customers dislike JCI invoicing. sales management is obsessed with SalesForce hygiene even if you exceed quota regularly
