Pros

Nice office with good views of Cork city.

Cons

In my department poor management and no transparency. For a graduate program there is very little structure around progression and some people have been graduates for more than 3 years with very little industry training. Pay is remarkably low compared to the rest of the market, no bonus structure, miniscule yearly increase which was sometimes skipped, no shares, poorly subsidised lunches. Management appear to be detached from the work of their subordinates.

Pros

Strong Leadership. Managers take their job seriously and care about their work. Strict rules to follow, easy to access and understand. Trainers are knowledgeable and good at setting new employees up for success. Decent health plans, Dental & Vision included.

Cons

Call Center environment, noisy coworkers, takes a while to get the shift you want. New entry level employees are being paid higher wages than higher level longtime employees.

Pros

Decent pay. Potential future business growth.

Cons

Pretends to be military friendly but the culture is incompatible with the ethics and training of military personnel. Constantly changing directions and decisions, no central leadership on any topic - hide behind matrix environment for lack of leadership and management skills, elitist, poor benefits that get worse every year of employment, horrible/2 faced and untrained managers - particularly directors and VPs, promote constant fear that you will lose your job, no actual care for goal setting/achievement for employees or help in growing them, unethical: do not honor contract obligations, no accountability for employee actions, must be a "yes man" to be promoted. You must be willing to put up with a lot.
