Pros

Insurance benefits, pay, retirement company match

Cons

Exec management is not paying attention to details and making poor decisions that affect smaller groups and divisions causing extreme frustration and neglect of entire groups working the front lines. Over emphasis on DEI.

Pros

Leadership change in 2025 is driving high levels of transparency, consistency, and accountability across the organization. Standards are being re-established for success and the business system being introduced is a fantastic step. Immense growth opportunity in data centers. Challenging environment that breeds success for those who are open-minded against new approaches to win. Culture of discipline continues to be developed. Tons of growth opportunities and tremendous learning environment with extremely talented and high performing teams (in pockets)

Cons

Consistency has been missing. Direction has not been strategic and often focused on short-term results with deviations from long range plan. Functionalization creates dysfunction and a fake one team environment.

Thank you for your thoughtful feedback. We're glad to hear the recent leadership changes are driving positive momentum, and that you see strong potential in our teams and growth areas like data centers. We also recognize your concerns around consistency, strategic alignment, and the impact of functionalization. Your call to stay true to our plans and follow through on commitments is well taken, and we appreciate your insights as we continue building a more focused, accountable, and people-centered culture.
