      -Free Fruit once a week -Happy Hours (you do have to buy your own drinks though)

      Cons

      -No training Programs - LOW pay -If you are not a sales person you will do all of the work for them while they are out to lunch with clients

      Pros

      Autonomy, Great people to work with. Previously great guidance from Directors. Focused on outcomes rather than methodology.

      Cons

      Leadership, communication and decision making is woeful in Development. when I started this was all great. Recent (ish) Director appointments reflect that the company is employing great talkers, and not great doers.
