      Pros

      Great work/life balance. Rarely expected to perform any tasks after hours, and nearly always able to request time off and leave promptly at 5:00.

      Cons

      Local management is hardly ever available or in the office. It’s difficult to want to be a team player when the team leader isn’t visible or available.

      Worldwide leader in advertising. The holding helps and advises in every field all its subsidiaries. As the company is now very focused on digital era, there are a lot of interesting solutions in this field

      The management is very conservative. The Decaux Family are still shareholders and their management lack of modernity.
