Cons
This place is a mess from top management to the bottom. No one has an idea what to do. As an advertising company, any creativity is stuck in the 00s and all of their mindset is very laid back and "creative". Don't expect any benefits. Do expect unlimited OT hours if you don't wish to get fired. The HR is not helping you but standing on the company's side. They will draw every penny from your benefit, since sick leave is not allowed in a way. Don't have serious injury or accident. They won't pay you fully but forcing you to work. Very sneaky and add an extra amount to your tax. It's a miracle how this company still running. Apply only when you have extra time / energy to waste.
