the worst company policies are there to make sure you never meet your KPIs, metrics gets updated in the middle of your billing cycle - No Doctors on site most of the time (before handing in my resignation, there was a person having a medical emergency and the doctor on site at the time couldn't even handle the situation ) - also regarding health issues , you can get a non-paid 2 weeks period off work - only if the doctors on site agreed on it - sadly this means that most people who are actually sick either bear with it and go to work or skip a day which will most likely be 1,000 pounds deduction unless they went to a hospital and got a note from a doctor
