      Excellent Benefits, compensation is ok.

      Cons

      Managers don't follow through on promises. One department fights with another. To many bosses. Employees who suck up are rewarded, at the expense of others.

      the company does give you flex time.

      Cons

      Poor management, upper management has no idea how to fix the "real" issues. There is no recognition for a job well done. It is so hard to get to the next level.
