Lack of and vague communication from senior leadership. London office is the most depressing place to work, there has been times where I’ve said “good morning” etc at the coffee machine and the majority of people ignore you. Workload is unmanageable most times and deadlines unrealistic but we keep getting the message of work faster which often leads to mistakes and then you’re made out to be incompetent. Company as a whole has gone down in almost everything those at lower levels care most about since Intact purchased RSA. For those of us staying on and not being made redundant where our original sites closed we needed to align to a new site or be made redundant however staying on also means being locked out of carrier opportunities as it’s a mandatory 3 days in the office and give my nearest site is London (80miles away) becomes a big issue so I don’t think I’ll be here much longer. You often feel like you’re being gaslighed. Anonymous Q&A has been removed from all town halls and as a result you actively see little to no Qs being asked anymore. We see company performance drop on the daily which doesn’t bode well for jobs in the future

Since rebranding to intact the workload has increased massively, not enough staff to get through all the work.
