Pros
Paid training. They paid for the hotel stay, flight and paid you weekly per diem and you still got paid your salary at same time. Training was 2 months long. Not sure if its the same for other positions. Also get paid full salary on bench if you are not assigned a project at the time.
Cons
Sometimes it's hard to get projects in specific areas. You might have to move, but they will work with you to try and get something where you want.
