      Pros

      I have been with Infosys for the past 6.5 years. Every day in Infosys has been a learning experience...Everyday there is a challenge that pushes your limits and helps you excel. One gets a lot of opportunities to be creative. Innovation and Ideation is always encouraged. Infosys is a very inclusive organisation.

      Cons

      Like any other organization, we do have some lows in Infosys. Very soon, it is going to be a 100,000 organization. With scale and growth, we have lost the small company culture. A new jonee gets lost in this large organization.

      Pros

      Stock Options worked out to be really good. The campus is as good as it can get. The pool tables, ping pong tables and other out door equipment is always well maintained. The gym is state of the art.

      Cons

      Long working hours. Mediocrity of employees. Most of the managers are not cut out to be managers. No freedom in pursuing professional/personal goals.

      Quantity and not Quality is the operative word in Infosys.

      Pros

      Good growth opportunities. Excellent exposure.

      Cons

      Complete disregard for personal time. Offshore model needs to be retrofitted into each project. Quality of people has fallen and retention is a huge problem. Size makes it difficult to move away from old models of doing business. Lot of talk and nothing to show for it.
