      Pros

      1. good work environment and colleagues 2. flexible timings, though min working hours are now mandated 3. facilities available in the campus are just world class

      Cons

      1. Some of the cases, the opportunity to grow and get your aspirations fulfilled becomes tough 2. somehow i feel it is loosing its sheen for last 1-2 years, due to too much change in policies started during recessation 3. Higher management should be more flexible to let the employees fulfill their aspirations, if it not possible right at that moment- then they should chalk out plans so that it can be fulfilled as soon as possible

      Pros

      Good working environment, Colleagues, Onsite opportunities, good learning curves in terms of domain, process and exposure to client communications.

      Cons

      Should be lucky to be in a good project for improving technical skills and Have a manager who is technically sound and shows leadership. Low Salary and hikes compared to similiar jobs outside in other companies.

      Good place to work for people who expect predictable and challenge free life. Not much learning opportunities.

      Pros

      Predictable work schedule; less challenges at work; lot of overheads in internal process so you are mostly not accountable for anything.

      Cons

      Since less challenges at work, no learning. Lot of internal process overhead, so management always keeps policies in their favor. For example, if custom seizes your official laptop while international travel, Infosys will deduct the cost from your salary. You are a salaried worker when it comes to terms of salary. If client has more than 10 holidays for any reason, you will be forcibly made to take one day leave (here you are treated like a contractor). Employees are treated like resource and not like people. Numbers matters instead of quality.
