great infrastucture and other facilities, good intraner network campus are very beautific, good food court facility and dormitory also present

Cons

worst company to work for, no growth at all, lowest package in industry worst is the mangement, very poor managers with mangerial skills at all you will feel like working for idiots, no onsite chances, u hav to do all buttering then only u can hope for onsite

Best training facilities. Great work culture. Best Infrastructure and facilities after working hours.

Cons

Kind of work offered is not as per the compentancy. Sometimes your hard work and dedication towards work are taken as granted. Benefits to the performing individuals are limited. Few processes followed seems to be just for the sake of completing them. Its an additional burden on employees.

1) It is a very beautiful and big campus. 2) better to choose life partner in infosys because one can not survive with his talent or experienced salary. 3) Facilities are very good 4) Very nice material available for relevant technologies. 5) It is as like as government job.

Cons

1) If your manager is not friendly kind , your work environment become horrible. even though managers does not have required skills they can stay for life long in Infosys. 2) it is very difficult to recognize talented one, because they have huge amount of resource. 3) Not better to stay for long time.
