Pros
Was a great place to work a few years ago . Still is better among other Indian IT companies, the senior management is transparent but middle management needs revamping. Infosys is transparent in most of the cases. The good or bad news is disclosed early. The senior management is quick in making decisions and the decisions are implemented aptly and in time. The facilities are fabulous and the visa department for US visas is one of the best. HR policies are generally employee friendly but there is a downslide here. Centers across India and world provides good choices. Also management is not too finicky about transfers.
Cons
Middle management need to be revamped as they are indifferent towards the employer satisfaction and company growth.
