Fantastic place for development - leadership cares about people

Pros

This is a great company to grow at - it's large enough that you have fairly robust resources, but small enough that you get a lot of exposure in global projects and activities. The benefits in US are fantastic - 401k is one of the best in the industry. The leadership cares a lot about the employees - COVID-19 really exemplified this by making sure everyone had what they needed to work effectively at home.

Cons

The company grew so quickly in Cambridge last year that I don't think they always got the right people for the right roles, so there has been some turnover. The organization needs to improve in some processes and systems. Also quite risk-adverse at times (more than other pharma companies).

A bit chaotic. Change is all well and good but there is an absurd amount of it. Hopefully will settle down
