Office location is good if you live in london. Otherwise a nightmare with only 2 parking spaces! Lack of clarity from leadership with very unrealistic expectations. Trying to act like a big pharma but with very little resource investment

Good location at Paddington. Nice offices with free snack and lunch. People actually have lunch in the kitchen area and not desk lunches.

Cons

Toxic company where bullies are allowed to impact the cross functional team. Senior leadership not taking responsibility. People are not team players and the whole place is run by fear of a few individuals.

Pros

All interviewers were friendly and respectful. The HR team was very helpful and responsive while scheduling virtual interview and negotiating the offer.

Cons

It can be tricky and time-consuming to schedule interviews with US and EP team members. Even still, it was less than 4 months from first interview to first day on the job, which seems about right.
