A mostly privately held French biotech company so unlikely to be bought out. Smaller company and get to know a lot of people Not so many layers in management Not really big pharma

Cons

Because its smaller it is hard sometimes to compete with the larger more established pharma companies

Loads of potential......but get getting worse

Pros

There is some great vision from David as the CEO and some genuine patient-centricity that isn't present in other companies but.......

Cons

There is deep inequality; ”Face-fitters" and "average yes men" get promoted leading to mediocre performance. We talk about integration yet buy companies with no interest in actually learning what made them good in the first place (and trying to incorporate it!). Business Development..... Do lots of deals but to hell with the reality of that deal and the (lack of) opportunity it brings. There are no processes, no collaboration........ The company runs on the goodwill of a few (and will burn them out until they either don't care or are spent). Employees aren't held to account.
