Lots of learning opportunities, global exposure, working with different countries

Cons

Frequent change of management. Managers don't care much about their staff. Very slow paced. Global teams look down on affiliates.

Pros

- Culture is really strong and the people are the best part of the work. A lot of collaboration even though we're all so busy. - Manager is great and ensures the team have what they need to succeed.

Cons

- Work is constantly busy and there is stress (as there is at every organisation) but its equally offset by the people and enjoyment that the work/company brings.
