      Pros

      Good salaries and benefits. Potential to make a difference with new treatment options.

      Cons

      Lack of long term vision. Everything is driven by profit and not what's best for patients. Some key senior management lack field coaching experience and let field sales team influence decision. New Management changed everything. Great potential to be a solid player but misses the mark in trying to replicate "Big" pharma model.

      There is a lot of attention paid to developing their employees, and plenty of opportunity to move up in the organization. Benefits are also fantastic.
