      Cons

      Could have more flexibility for remote working. Nice challenging environment but lack of consistency in guidance at times. We're engaged in the journey but a clearer how would be helpful.

      Pros

      - Culture is really strong and the people are the best part of the work. A lot of collaboration even though we're all so busy. - Manager is great and ensures the team have what they need to succeed.

      Cons

      - Work is constantly busy and there is stress (as there is at every organisation) but its equally offset by the people and enjoyment that the work/company brings.
