      Pros

      Best induction I have ever had at a company Great people everyone’s friendly A good Social club Very diverse for the local area. looks as if there are plenty of opportunities and even if you wanted to switch carriers once you are in.

      Cons

      Not many so far Better canteen, clearer pricing and should be subsidised more. Parking can be an issue

      Growing business with lots of potential Excellent people within the business below the management level

      Cons

      Training could be requested but never offered Want to be seen as a great place to work but be wary if managers decide your face doesn’t fit any more Lack of good quality office space Long hours worked with little or no thanks

      Lots of investment going on site to expand with exciting portfolio being developed. Initiatives and links with other sites, good collaboration. Many opportunities to develop. Site leadership is engaged and helping drive improvements and good team culture

      A lot of change at once, can be exciting but one to watch
