Ipsen supports access to senior management and ok package with benefits. Movement of people with experienced knowledgeable staff

Cons

Lots of talk about development, gender equality, maternity support etc, yet no visible initiatives to close the increasing gap. Continuous changes with rare moments of stability therefore lack of fostering of team work
