      For several years, I have been a part of the IPSEN team and it has been an incredible journey. The unique blend of French influence in the company's culture has created an environment that values work-life balance. Throughout my time here, I have been fortunate to have supportive and knowledgeable bosses who have guided me and helped me grow. The dedication and compassion of my colleagues have made this job truly exceptional. Having worked for various companies in the past, I can confidently say that IPSEN is my top choice and the best professional experience I have had.

      Getting promoted at IPSEN can be a time-consuming process, as the company often prefers to bring in new talent rather than recognizing the potential of its existing employees. While managers do support promotions, It is not a clear, quick, and easy path to the next level.
