      Ipsen Way of Being is a farce

      Pros

      Benefits are good and salaries are mostly fair.

      Cons

      They claim to have a speak up culture, but really do not. It is command and control atmosphere. In management roles, they hire and promote those with little to no experience and they are "yes" people.

      Terrible place to work

      Salary, 401k, vacation ( although no one respects the fact you are on vacation; you still work on you days off)

      Cons

      Abusive, backstabbing, nepotism, unfair management
