Very few - the compensation is within the bounds of reason.

Cons

The company is poorly managed; highly political; unfocused with constantly shifting priorities; and people are not really valued. It seems that the best people leave.

Good Pay and Benefits short and long term

Cons

Toxic and negative environment Poor and incompetent Leadership, especially in USMA No pipeline, only two old products (one already generic) in LCM (oncology) Lack of long term strategy and vision Low level of experience and expertise in disease state, products and competitive landscape Very high turnover rate (over 20 MSLs in 3 years, some of them with less than 1 year at Ipsen. I would not recommend to anyone to join Field Medical Team at Ipsen at this moment
