      Pros

      Genuinely a great place to work- the people, high level of expertise, clear investment into the sites the future, focused on safety, quality and people. Opportunities to develop and progress. Excellent location, good pay at all levels of the business.

      Cons

      In my experience, so far, no 'cons'.

      Pros

      The company is continuing to grow and evolve. Has built a much more sustainable pipeline over the past ~5 years. New leadership that understands the US market and what it takes to be successful. Teslas for the field. Colleagues are fantastic to work with. Continued focus to remove barriers. Leadership listens to the field. Career development opportunities are endless. Multiple ongoing launches in the US. Good compensation (salary and bonus).

      Cons

      With growth comes change. There has been a lot of change recently that while necessary, there is a bit of disruption and potential culture shift (not always bad depending on how it is framed). The RSU program leaves a bit to be desired. It takes hard work to achieve what we aspire to achieve - not the environment for everybody!
