colleagues are great, there are great people. In affiliates you can make things happen. good L&D initiatives.

Cons

they do not consider employees, If you are lucky enough to have a great manager who will fight for your development then this will help. HR culture and Senior leadership is old fashioned. if you fit their requirements, fit in the box and do not make waves then it will go ok. I have not been concerned by lay off. but I have seen some ways to proceed :-(. there is a toxic environment not everywhere but still...

Pros

- Combines best bits of small and large pharma on the whole; agile working and constant communication between functions is really strong. - Leaders are all approachable and easy to work with all the way up to the GM. - Development discussions are constant which is good for those who want it too. - A lot of evidence to show willingness to improve through working groups and feedback etc.

Cons

- Pipeline isn't the strongest however is a big focus for improvement which is good.
